18 furnaces, every process under one roof
From low-temperature nitriding to high-temperature hardening, our furnaces run continuously under tight atmosphere control. Computerised recipes and full traceability ensure repeatable metallurgy on every batch.
Vertical Hardening
3.1 meter capacity. 10,000 liter oil quench.
Long shafts, spindles and structural components are loaded vertically and quenched in a 10,000 L agitated oil tank for uniform cooling, minimal bending and consistent through-hardness across the full section.
